DEED IF AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT we the following parties,
namely ZARA MANPOWER RECRUTING CO. OF Aaddress ; 1 Wasfi Al Tal Street
(Minister) Hay Barakeh tias Al Ali, Amman Jordan, a recruting agency holding
License No. 17/24920 issued by the Ministry of Labour of the Government of the
Jordan governement, represented by its owner ANAS KHALIL RAFIQ JAMOUS
hereinafter referred to as the FIRST PARTY, and
M/S. JUST WAY AVIATION LTD. 89/1, Kakrail Super Market (1st
Floor) Dhaka-1000, Bangladesh Mob: 8801915331771, 01814519672, 01818978779 Tel:
088-02-9344862, E-mail: justway726@yahoo.com, a recruting agency holding
livense No. RL 725 issued by the Director General, Bureau of Manpower,
Employment & Trading. Government of Bangladesh, represented by its Managing
Director Md. Kabir Hossain, herenafter refarred to s the SECOND PARTY.
having enterd into an undersanding to engage in the business
of providing jobs to free domestic workers from Bangladesh to the Jordan do
hereby agree on the following terms condition.
1. The both the parties have signed this
agreement under the fram....the Bangaldesh Government's Circular No.
MOEWOF-5/A-2/2005/1628 Dated 2-9-2007 and agree to observe the provisions
contained therein.
2. The first oarty shall to pay the second party
the sum of US$ 300 per selected worker as documentation and processing fee
payable upon final selection of the worker. Such payment shall not be leveled
realized from the selected worker salary.
3. That the Second Party will supply fermale
domestic workers, trained on all types of domestic household work by government
owned or government approved training centre to the First Party for employment
with employers in the JORDAN.
4. That the visa of the housemaid and related
formalities like issueance of visa and subsequent renewals of residence permits
etc. shall be arranged by the First Party who shall also bear all relevant fees
thereof.
5. The minimum age of the female domestic
workers shall be 25 years.

7. The First Party shall provide the Second
PArty with full particulars of the employer, like name, complete address,
phone/cell phone numbers, fax number, composition of the household members and
description of duties the housemaid is supposed to perform like cooking,
cleaning, ironing, childcare etc.
8. That prior to recruitment and departure of
the female worker, the Second Party shall complete all formalities like medical
examination, reparation of passport , the every year with return our ticket for
visiting home country.
9. Free food, housing, clothing, police
verification, orientation briefing etc of the worker. The Second Party shall
strongly brief the worker about legal consequences of running away from job,
and fully assure the worker that in case of any problem the matter will be
resolved by the First Party and if needs be, by cooperation the Bangladesh
mission. She must also be briefed of the ill consequence of any allure,
especially by Bangaldeshi workers living in JORDAN.
10. That in case where
the housemaid is found to be medically unfit or pregnant after her arrival in
JORDAN. the Second Party shall pay for the repatriating cost for bringing here
back to Bangladesh.
11. That the First Party shall, in cooprtation with
the employer, arrange a comprehensive insurance for the domestic worker as per
statutory relation of the Government of JORDAN and all the initial and
subsequent premiums shall be paid by employer and ensured by the First Party.
12. The First Party shall get the visa, once
issued, and the Service Contract of the worker duly attested by the Bangladesh
Embassy/Consulate before dispatching the same to the Second Party.
13. The First PArty shall monitor the welfare of
the employed BAngaldeshi female domestic worker and ensure her rights and
privilieges during the tenure of her employment and maintain liaison with
Bangaldesh Embassy/Consulate as and when necessary, for any
insumbencies/problems.
14. In case of any abuse of the housemaid by the
employer, the First Party shall arrange transfer of the housemaid to any other
sponsor under same terms of contract.
15. The First Party shall send the Service
Contract, prior to the departure of the female domestic worker from Bangaldesh,
duly signed by the employer and attested by the Bangaldesh Embassy/Consulate in
JORDAN, and that such service contract shall inciude.
* Minimum contract period of two years.
* Agreed salary but not before USD 175 for
inevperienced housemaid and USD 200 for
* One day weekly holiday or overtime pay in
lieu of.
* Provision of sick leage with pay.
* In case of death, provision of
transportation of dead body and personal belongings to home country at
employer's cost.
* commitment to treat the female domestic
workers as per islamic Shariah
16. The probationanry periof of the worker shall
be first three months. If within this
period the female domestic worker is not adjusted due reasons of her own
or of her employer, the Frist Party shall try to engage her with other
employer. If all such efforts within the procationary period of 90 days fail,
she shall be sent back to bangaldesh in the expenses of the Second Party.
17. Either party can terminate the contrtact at
one mont;s notice.
18. In the sase of any disputew both the garties
shall try to sole ...... or agree to arbutraction of the Bangaldesh Embassy, If
needs be or resdlve the ......per JORDAN Labour Law.
19. Both the partes have agreed signed and sealed
the agreement in to original copies each netating a copy in orifina, after being
buly attested and witnessed by Notary Pulic in Bangaldesh and/or approptate
official of JORDAN Chamber of Commerce and/or Foreign Minsistry/Labour Ministry
of JORDAN and the Bangladesh Embassy/Concultate.
