By the grace of Almighty Allah the agreement has been concluded between the both parties on the following terms & conditions:

1. The 2nd party will work with the 1st party as Profession( ) .

2. The 1st Party will pay to the 2nd party the monthly salary amounting

( ).

3. The 1st party will provide for the 2nd party free accommodation with water, electricity and food (minimum one meal) or cash in exchange of the matters mentioned in this column.

4. Daily working hour eight hours and weekly holiday is one day and which to be exceeded on the limited working hour it will be considered as overtime work, as such the work in the weekly holiday.

5. The 1st party will provide for 2nd party the free transportation from the

residence to the place of work and by reversal.

6. The 1st party will provide the medical treatment for the 2nd party.

7. The 1st party will give return ticket for the 2nd party at the ending time of the contract.

8. Period of contract is three years and renewable with consent of the both parties provided that will be before one month from ending of contract.

9. The 1st party is undertaking about giving up from the 2nd party for work to any other authority without bearing 2nd party any fees or charging in condition of finish from the 1st party before ending of the contract without any cause from the worker.

10. In condition non-desire of the 2nd party about work with the 1st party and observance of terms & conditions of the contract without any excuse or cause and his interesting to return to his country, in this condition he will bear his ticket paying and expenses of his return, provided that the 1st party will allow concession of delay between 15-30 days.

11. The 2nd party is undertaking that he will maintain the habits, courtesy, traditions, rules and security of the city in which he will work and will enjoy with peace and good character and to be obliged about work. In condition of violation not mentioned in this column, so, the 1st party shall have the right send him to his country and he will bear the return ticket.

12. Rules of the Ministry of Labour will be considered and judgment to be referred not mentioned about terms & conditions, columns and judgment about which occurred quarrel and dispute.

This contract has been signed by the both parties willingly and by their own consent being informed about whole details of its columns and obtained one copy. Its translation has been completed by the Lawful Translator in four languages - Kurdi, it is language of the country, English, Bengali and Arabic and to be taken

with provision which will be decided by the Official Authority in the country of work.
