Principal (Ex Principal of my own Residential School, named National Pre-Cadet & High School, H# 1/B, Rd# 01, Shekherteck, Adabar, Dhaka. Now I have sold it), by faith-Islam and Nationality-Bangladeshi by birth do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as follows:

1. That I am a permanent resident and citizen of Bangladesh by birth.

2. That Ms. Kolpona Begum, date of birth: 10.09.1969, Passport No- BE 0058760, Father’s Name- Mohammad Sunsu Akand, Mother’s Name- Mossammat Rabeya Begum, Present Address: House# 664/A, Road# 13, Mohammadpur, Adabar, Dhaka-1207 is my brother’s daughter and I am her uncle. She intends to visit my daughter Nirupoma Hafiz, Passport# F 0274052 and her family who are now residing in the UK in the address of 12 Vestry Court, 2 Bourne Brook Grove, Romford, London- RM7 OGX, UK.

3. That I am financially fully solvent, sufficient and enough to meet of all the expenses which will be required in connection with Ms. Kolpona Begum’s visit in the UK from my own following financial positions:
